Charles Richard Tobias, 93, was born on May 29, 1924 to Charles and Gladys (Johnson) Tobias in Pittsfield, MA. He passed away on March 11, 2018 at St. Anthony’s Hospital.
A graveside service with military honors provided by the United States Army is scheduled for Friday, May 4, 2018 at 3:00 pm at Bay Pines National Cemetery. All guests planning on attending should arrive at Bay Pines National Cemetery at 2:45 pm.
