I feel blessed to have known Christa. She had a beautiful spirit and a contagious laugh. There is a huge void here at HCPUD without her and her triangler-framed flag that she so proudly displayed in her office.
To the family, I will keep you all in my prayers because some days will be harder than others but always remember that you can do all things through Christ Whom strenghtens you. Phillipian 4:13
I imagine by now, Christa has heard the voice of God saying “Well done my good & faithful servant, well done!”
Christa,
Thinking of all of the fun years we had working together. You were a very sweet and kind person…who was always willing to help accomplish the task at hand. You were a wealth of knowledge as well as someone I learned a great deal from. I was very sad when I was told of your passing. It was just a few short weeks ago that I saw you and then had several phone conversations with you after that. I will always admire your sincerity, honesty and no one can forget your smile…which was forever present. Knowing you are not suffering any longer I do hope brings a great deal of comfort to the hearts of your loved ones. Praying for peace and comfort for your family and hoping the memories of you will remain in their hearts forever and will comfort their souls in dealing with your loss.
Till we meet again…my friend…
My beautiful sister of over 40 plus years. I don’t want to say goodbye. So I will say that I will see you again. You always took time to show me right from wrong and shared your love unconditionally. I will treasure each and every memory. May God watch over you, Jessie, Zack and your family.
Christa was one of the very best people I have ever known. She had so many great qualities! She could talk to the President of the United States and a Homeless person in the same breath and show them the same respect. I have so many great memories of her. I know that she will be deeply missed by all! I was always surprised that her heart was a able carry the amount of love that she displayed to all who were fortunate to know her. I look forward to the day that we meet again and we will sing the song together by “Lady” by Styx!!! I love and will miss you my friend, always…
Christa,
Although I’ve only known you a short while……….your upbeat personality, sunny disposition, and cheerfulness will be truly missed. Peace be with you.

Her spirit has risen and now she is home with our heavily father. May God Bless the family and may the Lord comfort each and everyone.
Unbelievable great friends. I’ve known Christa for more than 20 years and Jesse and I were young airmen stationed together in California in the late 70’s. A truly loving family who gave so much for their country while on assignment overseas, and after their more than four decades of combined military service continue to serve this great nation as civil servants. Gosh Christa I miss you already my friend. May God welcome you into His Kingdom.
We are so sorry for the Speth family’s loss. God bless and watch after your family in your time of sorrow.
We salute a angel today. We thank her for her service. May peace be with the Spethfamily at this very difficult time.ILOVE ALL YOU GUYS YOU ARE FAMILY TO ME . GOD BLESS
Jesse and family I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. Christa was a loving woman. It’s been years since I last saw her but I know she was the woman I remember. A loving wife and wonderful mother. Although it’s difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow. Hold tight to memories for comfort, lean on your friends for strength and always remember how much you are cared about. When looking up into the Heavens you will see stars. Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of your lost one pours through and shines down upon you to let you know that she is happy.
