Claude Padgett, 82, of Largo, FL passed away on August 22nd, 2023 in Winter Haven, FL from natural causes. On April 24, 1941, he was born in Salem, Florida to parents, Oscar and Liza. He married his love, Sybil Whitman.
He is survived by daughters- June Diebel, Tammy Almand, and Christie Graham, sons- Jason Padgett, and Vansel Padgett, as well as many sons-in-law and daughters-in-law, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brothers- Wayne, Oscar, Tommy, and sister- Ruby Faye.
Claude worked as a Plasterer in the Largo area.
His services will be held on Saturday, September 2nd, 2023 at Veterans Funeral Care- 830 N. Belcher Road Clearwater, FL 33765. The visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 AM and a committal service at Serenity Gardens at 1:00 PM.

Claude’s Family my name is Debbie,I am so very sorry to read about your dad,and I called to CW about 3 weeks ago to see how he’s doing, we talked for just a few minutes and he was going to call me back, but never did, I called a few times, and it said not in service, I’ve known him for a long time, I loved him so much, and then talked to each other on the phone, I can’t say I’m sorry enough, we had a lot of years together,many prayers to you all,Cristy,Van and all your family, GOD BLESS YOU ALL ❤️ HE WILL always be in my prayers and in my heart
