Love you guys xoxo
To all the family…She was such a great person and it was a pleasure to have known her….
My thoughts and prayers are with Connie’s family during this most difficult time. I know she meant the world to you all. She was a fine lady.
Her Aunt Laura Nell was my best friend many years ago in school and after, I knew the whole family and spent much time at their home growing up, Kate her Mom was a lovely lady, as was her other siblings, I haven’t seen Connie since she was a child, having lost touch with most of the family in later years, however my heart goes out to her remaining family, I’m sure she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Sincerely,
Nancy VanWinkle

It took me awhile but I couldn’t anything on when her passing had happen. I didn’t find out until almost 2 months later that she was gone through some family members on Facebook. We had been friends for about 9 years, though we didn’t see each other much we kept in contact through phone, cards/letters/pictures. She was one of my bestest friends, at times like a Mother. She was always there when I needed someone to talk to, wether good or bad. We would read bible verses almost every night. She let me in on the pain she was feeling and not feeling great at times but she would never let me know how bad it was. It took me awhile to accept that she’s no longer here but I’m at peace because she’s no longer in pain. I’m glad that the last words we said to each other was “I Love You” I know she knew how much she meant to me and how much I meant to her. I will make sure my kids know of the most wonderful lady I’ve ever got the chance to know. Prayers for her family and friends .
