Dale Lee McBride, 90 May 21, 1930 – Jan 1, 2021 Dale passed peacefully at Mease Continuing Care, Dunedin, FL on Jan 1st. 2021 He departed to fly to his Heavenly Home and join his sweetheart Ginny, and a host of cherished friends and family. He served in the US Marine Corps from 1948-1952 during the Korean War. He married Virginia Phillips McBride on June 19th 1952 and was by her side until her death on March 17, 2015 He worked for 30 years in the Banking industry and enjoyed the outdoors, attending air shows and barbershop shows with friends. In 1964 he became a member of the Barnstorming Barnhills and flew in airshows around Ohio. He then flew for a regional commuter airline, Fisher Aviation, Galion, Ohio. Mom and Dale were active members of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Largo.
Dale is survived by his Sister, Mary Lou Daughters, Sandra of Largo, Fl and Sharon McBride Biado of St. Petersburg, Fl Grandchildren, Jon Aleman of Charlotte, NC and Danielle, of St. Petersburg, FL A celebration of life and interment of ashes will be held in Ohio in Fall of 2021. In lieu of gifts or flowers, donations can be made to your local SPCA or to the Parkinsons Foundation.
