Della Catherine Woolard, 89, passed away on June 12, 2018. Della was born on February 11, 1929 in Williamston, NC, a daughter of the late George Wynn and Katie Harrison Wynn. She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Johnnie Frank Woolard, of Washington, NC; 4 sisters and one brother, all of Williamston. NC. Survivors include her daughter. Debi Hunter of Largo, son: Jeffrey Woolard of Washington, NC. Granddaughters: Melisa Sharpe of St. Augustine, FL, Amy Hardcastle of St. Petersburg, FL and April Roberts of California, as well as 3 great-grandchildren: Sydney Sharpe, Leah Sharpe, and Nicholas Sharpe of St. Augustine, FL. She will be missed as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
A graveside service with Pastor Steve Kocsis officiating is scheduled for Tuesday, June 26, 2018, 12:45 pm at Bay Pines National Cemetery in Bay Pines, Florida. All guests planning on attending the ceremony should plan to arrive at 12:30 pm. Family and friends are welcome to visit our home after the service, 1270 14th Court SW, Largo, FL 33770.
