Our nice and kind Donald James Young passed away, June 9th, 2022 at the James A. Haley VA Hospital. Don was 76 years old and had congestive heart failure for many years. Don was always considerate, optimistic and smiling. Survivors are his son Sean, sister Barbara Mazza, brother-in-law John Mazza, and Betty Shepherd, companion. His family and many friends will miss him terribly.
There will not be a formal funeral service, pursuant to Don’s request. A Celebration of Life may be scheduled at a later time when we come together, laugh and tell stories of our adventures with Don. Veterans Funeral Care of Clearwater, Florida will be handling arrangements.
