Donald (Coach) L. Louch, age 77, passed away peacefully in his home on Sunset Beach, Treasure Island, FL. Don was a former welder for US Steel, a high school boxing coach and a fire chief in Jeanette, PA. After moving to Florida, Don travelled the state of Florida installing elevators, worked for a steel company in welding and property management.
A member of the American Legion Post 158 in Treasure Island, Don was a loyal member of District 6 honor guard for many years. Don served in the US Army 82nd Airborne as a paratrooper. He will be missed by loving nieces, nephews and caring, loving neighbors and friends who became his Florida family.
Don will be cremated and buried at Bay Pines National Cemetery on August 17th with full military honors at 10:30 AM. A celebration of life will be held afterward at Treasure Island American Legion, Post 158.
