Edward Michael Turnbull, age 65, of Largo Florida passed September, 8 2021 at the Largo Medical Center, following a brief illness. Edward was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on March 31st, 1956 to Emma Burck & the late Leslie Turnbull.
Edward lived in Cedar Rapid, Iowa until 1971 when he moved to Florida and attended Largo High School. Edward worked at Graves Construction Company until graduation in 1974 and then joined the Army in 1975. He went college for 3 years on the G.I. Bill for a BA Degree. He retired from the City of Clearwater in May, 2010, after working 30 years as a heavy equipment mechanic for the city.
Survivors include his mother Emma Turnbull, brother Richard Turnbull, nieces Nicole Turnbull, Cyndi Turnbull and Heather Henson, and sister-in-laws Tami Turnbull,& Charlene Turnbull. Edward was preceded in death by his father Leslie Turnbull and his brother Steve Turnbull.
Inurnment will be held at a later date in Lee, Florida.
