Ella J. Morelock passed away after a brief illness on June 27, 2019 at the Heather Hill Healthcare Center, New Port Richey, Florida with her loving family at her bedside. She was born on October 19, 1932 to Jack and Lelia (Creech) Litton in Bonny Blue, Virginia. She was a Methodist and a retired Office Manager for a Military Aircraft Company. She moved to the local area in 1997 from Dayton, Ohio.
Ella was preceded in death by her parents, siblings and her husband, Donald, who passed away on May 27, 2019. Ella is survived by her loving family: her son, Donald (Donny) R. Morelock, Jr. and his wife, Krista of Holiday, Florida; brothers; Roy Litton of Bradenton, Florida and Charles Litton of Dayton, Ohio; a sister, Wanda Morelock of Dayton, Ohio and a granddaughter, Demi Morelock of Tallahassee, Florida.
Funeral services for Ella Morelock are scheduled for 2:30 PM, Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, Florida with Dr. James Brady officiating.
Please arrive at the cemetery between 2:00 and 2:30 PM. Those who wish may send floral arrangements directly to the cemetery to arrive by 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 3, 2019.
