We certainly had some great times at Ballast Point. Fran was fun and funny and we shared many special moments in the choir at Ballast Point and the many activities of the church. I am sorry for the loss to all of you but especially to those I knew and cared about during those years – you, Dave and Buster.
Tom and I send our deepest condolences.
Our hearts go out to Fran’s family for the loss of such a dear lady. I worked with Dave at the Public Defender’s Office years ago and knew them both. I especially enjoyed the Christmas party they hosted for the staff at the PD’s office and the “Baptist punch” they served. What a loving devoted couple that are now united once again. Prayers of comfort for the family.

Fran was in the Esther Class and sat right next to me. I didn’t know her very long, but the short time that I did it was very obvious that she was a servant of the Lord; and even at her age was still ministering. My prayers and sympathy are with the family.
Our thoughts to the Joseph family in the loss of a wonderful and dear person. She was always a delight to be around. May your love and cherished memories of Fran, help to heal your hearts.
So many heartfelt thoughts and fond memories of Fran Joseph. She was my SS teacher for years, but it felt way more like family to me. I remember that she would ride along to pick me up from high school sometimes and bring me her warm bacon & water chestnuts that I loved! Who does that for a high schooler? Fran Joseph! I learned tons of cooking tips from her. She was a strong woman, spoke her mind, and served her God faithfully. Love and prayers to all of the Joseph family in the days ahead. Until Glory Fran!!
Fran will always be remembered for her ever present smile and her laugh. She could always make me laugh even when it was not appropriate i.e. during church services. Many happy memories at Ballast Point. Fran was always ready to help those who needed it most. She will be missed but I can only imagine the joy in heaven when she is reunited with her family members who have gone on before. One of the kindest and best has said good bye and gone to rest and it is a well deserved rest.
We send our love, prayers and sympathy to all of her family.

To Paul, Sarah, Hannah, David, Steve, and Julie:
You are in our thoughts and prayers. My memories of Mrs. Joseph are her friendliness and kindness and, in the last years of my mom’s life, her visit to Dalton. I remember them talking and laughing as they reminisced, but mostly how she kindly helped and encouraged Mommy as she was not doing very well physically. She was a beautiful lady.
We love you,
Nancy and Keith

I hadn’t seen Fran in quite some time, but I remember her fondly from the Tampa Christian Women’s Club events. She and I were active on their committees for many years and I enjoyed working with her and sitting with her at our luncheons. She always graced our table with her beautiful smile. My prayers are with you all of you as you say good-bye to her. She was a special lady.
