Francis Albert Ramsey was born on October 14, 1944 to Albert and Rosa (Bisson) Ramsey in Berlin, New Hampshire. He passed away on November 5, 2017 at James Haley VA Medical Center in Tampa, Florida.
He is survived by his wife Carol Ramsey, children; Kenneth Ramsey, Karen Griffith, MerryLee Motto, Daniel LaBruyere, Dorothy Bland, brother; David Ramsey and aunt; Adeline Bisson Ramsey. Frank joined the Air Force on July 14, 1964 in Manchester, New Hampshire and was discharged on July 12, 1968 at the rank of Sergeant. At the time of his discharge he was eligible to wear the National Defense Service Medal and Air Force Good Conduct Medal on his uniform.
