Frank Steven Hragyil, 86, of St. Petersburg, was born on November 29th, 1936 and died November 6th, 2023 in Pinellas Park. He worked in management at St. Pete Printing. He served his country as a tank driver in the US Army and served in the Army Reserves. He was a member of Indian Rocks Baptist Church and loved the fellowship of his Sunday School class “The Friendly Encouragers”. Before becoming ill, he enjoyed time spent with his family, working out at the gym, playing Senior Softball, going to Ray’s Baseball games, playing on bowling leagues, and of course, spoiling his dog, Savannah. Frank gave back to his fellow veterans by volunteering at the Bay Pines VA Hospital for over 20 years. He loved the Lord and his family well. He was preceded in death by his son, Frank Steven Hragyil Jr., his Dad, John Hragyil, Mother, Sophie Hragyil, two sisters, Helen Melvin and Lillian Schussman, and a brother, John Hragyil. He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Joyce Combs Hragyil, two sisters, Alice Duncan and Nancy Kolosar, as well as multiple nieces and nephews. On Thursday 11/16 there will be a visitation service at 10:30AM and then to follow is the service at 11:00AM. Services will be held at Gulfcoast Church- 13301 Walsingham Rd, Largo, FL 33774.

We are so sorry for your loss. We have such fond memories of Frank. He got Bobby his job at St Pete Printing which started a great career. He was such good friends with my parents and my dad sure loved playing ball with him. He is now enjoying meeting up with those friends again in his forever home. God Bless.
