Frank got me started in my 30 yr. career with the City of Clearwater which I’m now just retiring from. He was my supervisor and my friend. After Frank retired from the City I used his old desk for the next 20 years. We thought of him often and always shared some of his memorable quotes that he coined in different situations as our boss. I’m glad that we knew him….”Ahh Geez!”
Frank was a man I adored as a Father figure. He always was very generous and caring. When I moved My father here from Ohio and introduced him to Frankie they became best friends and Buddies. We went to see Frank every Third Saturday of the Month. We always talked about sports, politics and watched old movies while having a sandwich and a few beers. When the red socks won the series we got Frankie a banner for his refrigerator.Dad and Frankie talked 3-4 times a week on the phone. Frankie will truly be missed in our lives. We wish all the best for Carol Roger and Brian and have not stopped praying.
