I had the pleasure of meeting and spending some time with Gary, I really enjoyed his company. Gary was an amazing man. May Gary rest in peace. I am so sad for his loss.
Dear Linda and Benson family,
I am deeply sorry to hear about the loss of your brother Gary. I know there are no words that can ease the pain you’re feeling right now, but please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.
If there’s anything I can do to help, please don’t hesitate to reach out. May you find strength and comfort in the love and support of those around you.
With deepest sympathy,
Beth Brinwall
Karen, so sorry to hear about your brother. After hearing your stories about him and reading his military discharge paperwork, I wish badly that I had met him. Im known as a military history nerd and thats accurate. He is the only Marine I have ever seen that has two meritorious masts. And 4 or his four promotions were meritorius. That is clear cut evidence, he was a near perfect Marine. Blessings to you as you go thru this transition without him. You and your sister were blessings to your brother. Proud of both of you.
Linda, I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you and your family.I hope this scripture helps calm your heart and bring you a sense of peace:
“Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you, I will really hold on to you with my right hand of
righteousness.”—Isaiah 41:10,NWT
