Dear Betty, Kim, Stacey and Sandy,
Our love and prayers go out to your entire family. Captain Noggle was admired and loved by many and we will truly miss his warm heart and keen wit. Few display his greatness of character and devotion to others. Although this world will be less without him, may you find comfort in the memories you hold, the lessons he has taught us, and the impact he has had upon our lives and our Country.

My condolences to Betty and family. You are in my prayers.
It was an honor knowing Captain Noggle, although he never corrected me if I greeted him as “Mr. Noggle”. He had a great disposition, and I always looked forward to and enjoyed our time together.
