HARRIET “BRENDA” O’KEEFE
December 18, 1942 – July 11, 2024
On July 11, 2024 at the age of 81, Harriet “Brenda” O’Keefe passed peacefully under hospice
care.
Those we love don’t go away; they walk beside us daily. Unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed, and very dearly. Brenda loved bigger than anyone and that will stay with them all the years of their lives.
She had many passions, including shopping, cooking and crafting. Her goal in life was to doat on those she loved dearly. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and friend.
She is survived by her husband, John; daughters Kim Maner and Dawn Wood, son Daryle Wood.
Grandchildren Amber, Tabitha, Trevor, Julia and Kathryn and great-grandchildren Kinley, Wyatt, Liam, Lainey, Mylah and Delilah.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to a charity or foundation in Brenda’s
name.
I’m sorry for your loss. I will cherish the years I worked with Brenda. She will definitely be missed, I know she loved her family very much . Brenda was one in a million a very strong lady. Brenda would tell you exactly like it was no holding back but then offer you the shirt off her back . I will forever miss her.
Great Aunt Brenda was the most fun. I looked forward to her visits growing up. She was always incredibly sweet to us kids. I remember walking around grandma Joyce’s house and seeing Brenda’s crafts everywhere. She was so skilled and creative. I will miss the energy she provided our family with. I know you are in a better place resting with the angels. Love you Aunt B.
