Howard Sylvester Fullard


Howard Sylvester Fullard, 89, of Seminole, FL passed away on September 28th, 2022 at Morton Plant Hospital following a short illness.

On December 1st, 1932, he was born in Wayne, NJ to parents Harry Sylvester Fullard and Anna Isabel Ellicott. On January 28th, 1978, he married Jean Zicolello Fullard at the Parsippany Presbyterian Church. Together, they shard 44 years of marriage.

Howard was an avid reader and loved to watch British shows on TV and always watched House Hunters – He loved his happy hours and was a bourbon drinker. He also loved vacationing in Key West.

His proudest achievements were his service to our country. He was a proud Korean War Veteran who served in Special Forces. He was very proud of his family; he was a family man and the patriarch of his family. He was also a great interior and kitchen designer.

Howard was unique in the way that he took care of his family and the many friends that he had. He was a strong and proud man with strong opinions and compassion for others.

He is survived by his wife- Jean Fullard, daughter- Nancy Emmons, son-in-law- Michael Emmons, Son- James Fullard, daughter-in-law- Susan Fullard, Grandchildren- Michael Barron, Crystal Barron, Sarah Barron Skelton & Stephan Skelton, Great-grandchildren- Alexander Barron and Meridith Barron.
