My condolences to the Plemmons family.
Dr Plemmons was a great physician and worked with us for 2 yrs at Genesis medical clinic , taking care of chronic pain patients. He was very lively and well liked.
We will miss him dearly.
Jim/Major Plemmons was my Commanding Officer at the Preventive Medicine Division of Ft. Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas 1971-73. He was an outstanding officer and without exception, liked and respected by everyone under his command. I had not been in touch with him since my 1973 discharge but have thought about him over the years. Today I thought about him, Googled him and I’m very sad to here about his passing. May God Bless Him.
