Jane Susan Cassidy, 60, passed away on August 25, 2018, at her home in Dunedin, Florida. She was born on March 1, 1958, in Queens, New York to her parents John C. Enderle and Elize R. Trudel, whom she loved dearly. She had five siblings to which she adored with all her heart and always brought a smile to her face. Recently passed was her oldest brother Dr. John Enderle and surviving is her brother James Enderle and sisters Jill Trask, Jennifer Horn and Ellen Enderle.
She is also survived by her husband, Donald C. Cassidy Jr., who was the love of her life. They met in Mississippi while Jane was serving her country in the United States Marine Corps. Once she found her husband, also a member of the United States Marine Corps, they were married on September 20th 1980. They soon had their first of two children. Son, Donald C. Cassidy III was the start of the family she always wanted of her own. Then they had a daughter, Shannan E. Cassidy that made the perfect sized family. She was the perfect example of a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, friend, daughter and eventually wonderful grandmother to Liliana Cassidy. She was always caring and always strong for us all, as we must now be for her.
Jane loved her family, from Cousins to Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews and also all the way to her beloved late dog Mississippi. She also loved and appreciated her many friends. She was always willing to help and always worked hard at everything she did.
She was a member of the American Legion Dunedin Memorial Post 275. Jane was an avid Miami Dolphins, N.Y. Giants and UCONN Huskies fan and she would not miss a game. She loved reading books, cooking and morning crosswords. The song Shining Star by the Manhattans would bring a smile to her face every time. Roses always brought her joy as she never hesitated to bring joy to everyone else. Her accomplishments were many to those that knew her and her love was never ending to those that she knew.
Jane wished to be cremated and to be spread at sea as she will forever live in our hearts and memories. You were and are forever loved. Rest in Peace and with Love from us all.
