John A. Curwick


John Curwick, 85, of Seminole, passed away on Sept 2 with his son at his bedside. He was a gifted and generous man who took care of his family and many others in many different ways. A former Golden Gloves boxer with a soft heart who helped many in need. He believed in God almighty and Jesus as his savior. He fought the good fight against dementia, and was strong and loving til the end. He is loved by his family and many friends. Until we meet again Dad, we love you.

He was born to Theodore & Dorothy Curwick, in
Aroma Park, Illinois, he brought his family here in 1971 from
Momence, Ill. He was a successful businessman in many areas
but was best known as the long time owner of Curwick Auto
Sales on Park Boulevard, Pinellas Park. He loved to fish and
was an accomplished bass fisherman. He was a catholic.

He loved and supported his family. He is survived by his son, John
Curwick, Jr.(Sheri), his daughter, Terri Scott, as well as his two granddaughters, Lily Curwick and Savana Clark, and two step daughters, Theresa Owen and Cindy Schriefer.
Also surviving are 2 brothers, Jerry
and Ronnie Curwick, and his sister Sharon Morrison.

Celebration of Life services will be announced.
