Sadly, John (Jack) H. Hall, of Clearwater FL, passed away on March 12, 2023.
Jack was born on November 22, 1930, to John and Kathryn Hall in Mahanoy City PA.
Jack was preceded in death by his devoted wife of 68 years, Virginia. Together Jack and Virginia raised four children: Sherry Meloff (Marc), John (deceased), Joseph (Rita) and James (Cathy). Jack was a loving husband, a wonderful father, brother, uncle, etc.; truly a dedicated family man. He leaves 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren (1 more on the way), and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Clara Foley, Eleanor Hinton, and Elizabeth Yuskowatz.
Jack served his country proudly during the Korean War. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed all sports and loved jazz music.
Jack will be greatly missed by all that knew him, he was always a gentleman and a great friend to all.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
A role model in the purest sense. Uncle Jack’s level headed approach to life was always admired.
