Joh Whittredge Hill, 95, of St. Petersburg, FL passed away on June 22, 2017. John was born on March 11, 1922 to John and Ella Hill of Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Hill joined the Army with he was 20 and served in the Army Air Corps. He is survived by his wife, Nancy W. McKay; three sons, David Hill, James Hill and Mark Hill.
Please help us remember John’s life well lived with a short memorial service held at the family cemetery in West Gouldsboro, ME on July 15, 2017 at 11:00 AM. The cemetery is located just off US Route 1. Turn Right on US Route 186 (also turn for Schoodic Point). Turn right almost immediately on Sears Road. Please park on Sears Road if you’re able to walk to the cemetery. Just before the house, turn left on a path toward the cemetery. Please note the land around the cemetery is private, but we have right of way from Sears Road to cemetery. After the service we will proceed to John’s favorite place for lobster rolls for lunch. Please let the family know if you can attend.

And, after 65 years, I’m not a son?? I thought I was the middle son of John and Nancy (James) Hill. I guess I should leave a condolence, but I’m missing my father, too.
