Joe Antaya, 82, of Clearwater, died October 19, 2019. Born in Springfield, Massachusetts, he served in the Marine Corps from 1956 to 1961. He had a long career as an aircraft mechanic at Eastern Airlines. In 2017 Joseph accepted the Lord as his savior. He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Bennett Antaya, he was a wonderful father to Rebecca Antaya Jeanty (Henrick), Deborah Jean Antaya Oriol (Herve), Elizabeth Antaya Robertson (Michael). He is also survived by his brothers Robert Antaya (deceased), Paul Antaya and John Antaya. He will be buried at Bay Pines National Cemetery with full military honors.
