Joyce D. Lindsay, 67, of Seminole, Florida passed away on January 1, 2023 at the Suncoast Hospice in Palm Harbor, Florida. She was born on July 31, 1955 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Clarence P. and Alma Mae Burger Jr. Joyce work most of her life as a lab technician with Haines Testing Laboratory and was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her loving family: her husband, Jerald of Seminole, Florida; a son; Paul B. Lindsay of Seminole, Florida; a sister; Susan Burger Masters of Indian Shores, Florida; step-daughters, Jenifer M. Lindsay of East Greenville, Pennsylvania; Melissa A. Washburn of East Greenville, Pennsylvania and Keista M. Haines of Souderton, Pennsylvania. She is predeceased in death by a son, Patrick David Lindsay on June 27, 1986 and a sister, Cindy Burger Boone on October 2, 2022.
Joyce’s “Celebration of Life” service will be 11:00 AM, Friday, January 20, 2022 at the Veterans Funeral Care Chapel, 830 North Belcher Road, Clearwater, Florida 33765 with Pastor Jim Black, to officiate. The family will receive friends, prior to the service on Friday, January 20, 2023 from 10:00 AM until service time. Following the service there will be a luncheon service in the Officers Club Dining Room beginning at 12:00 Noon.
Interment will be PRIVATE at Bay Pines National Cemetery, Bay Pines, Florida.

Jerry, I have no words! You and Joyce were such a huge part of my youth and I hold dear so many memories. Paul, it is so hard to loose a parent! Prayers for comfort and peace for everyone! I know we have not seen each other for some time, but I will miss seeing Joyce walk the dog every morning as I drive down 86th. RIP Joyce, u til we meet again! ❤️❤️❤️
