Dear Harry, Becky and family, we are so saddened to hear of your loss. The message of faith was seeded into our hearts during the precious time we spent with “Sister Vincent” and your family. Nancy, Dave and myself, Dede, and Joy have been remembering her determination and steadfast efforts to bring the message of faith to our church. She did not waver or back down. Little did we know of its long enduring effect on our lives. Nancy remembered her teaching our Sunday School class. Thank our God you were directed to our little church in Parkersburg and then Belpre. What Sister Vincent left was a legacy of the faith message in out hearts and minds that is prospering to this day and is passed on to the next generation. Know that we were blessed to have known her.
Our prayers are with you as you pay your final honors to a woman of grace and faith. I know God is with you as he said he would never leave or forsake you. We know what you are having to go through as our dad passed suddenly October 16, 2015 at the age of 86 years and 10 months. Mom is still with us and will turn 87 on March 3. I would love to hear from you Harry and Becky. Feel free to email me.
