Kelly Lynn Armstrong

Kelly L. Armstrong, 43, passed away unexpectedly April 15th, 2020 at Mease Countryside Hospital.

Kelly was born June 14th, 1976, in Abington, Pennsylvania, daughter of William Armstrong and Maureen Patrick.

Kelly graduated from Pinellas Park High School, Class of 1994.  Following graduation, she served in the U.S. Army Reserves, as a Military Policewoman at Fort McClellan.

Afterwards, Kelly moved back to Pinellas County, where she worked in the Financial Industry and held residences in Largo, Clearwater, Seminole and Brandon, until she found her forever home in Safety Harbor, where she was welcomed in with open arms and quickly became a well-known name in the town.  She devoted much of her time and energy to supporting her community, like the city’s Annual Chalkfest, as well as creating wonderful memories at 8th Avenue Pub.

Kelly is preceded in death by her Aunt Claire Patrick, Aunt Elaine Lentino, Grandfather Fredrick Patrick Senior and Grandmother Elizabeth Patrick.

Kelly is survived by her beloved brother, Christopher Carpenter and his wife, Jami of Pinellas Park; two nieces, Taryn and Emma, her Mother and Father and a host of other relatives and friends.

Kelly can be easily remembered for her patriotism and love for cooking, volunteering and Chris Daughtry!

A celebration of life will be held once it is safe for us to gather again.
