Larry Wallace, 78, passed peacefully with his beloved wife at his side Monday, September 19, 2022.
He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on February 25th, 1944, the only child of Larry and Margaret Wallace. Larry enjoyed attending Church Services and enjoyed singing praise. He was the youth choir director.
As a young man, Larry always set high goals to achieve as a graduate of University of Louisville, member of Tau Kappa Epsilon.
He worked for Louisville Gas and Electric. With high energy and integrity, Larry started his Coal Production Business; in leasing, mining, sales, and shipping. Larry was proud to receive awards for land reclamation. He loved animals especially English Pointer dogs and Tennessee Walking horses which he enjoyed hunting with both.
After moving to St. Petersburg, FL., Larry brought the same high standards to his business as Certified General Contractor.
Larry had deep and strong faith. Larry was predeceased by his father Larry Wallace and mother Margaret Wallace, and his son Robert Troy Clark.
He is survived by his wife Precella Wallace, daughter, Kimberly and John Wilkes and daughter Shannon Wallace, Grandchildren: Rebecca Wilkes, Emily Wilkes, Ryo Clark, Kei Clark, Aya Clark and Emma Clark.
A mass will be celebrated Saturday, October 22, at 11:00am at St. Raphaels Catholic Church 1376 Snell Isle Blvd., St. Petersburg, Fl. 33704
