Leslie Loran Ramer was born on August 18, 1941 to Leslie and Jennie Ramer of Valrico, FL. Loran joined the United States Army in 1974 and served as a Private until he was honorable discharged in 1975. Mr. Ramer passed away on March 8, 2018 in Tampa, FL.
Loran loved being outside in nature and was known to drive his old green truck out to the woods just to be at peace and clear his mind.
