Mark Edward Starr, 58 of Tampa passed away on January 22, 2022. He was born in Melrose, MA and moved to Longwood, FL in 2002. He served in the United States Navy and was in the Gulf War. He received his Masters at USF and was a Civil Engineer. He leaves behind his daughters Cheryl Ann Nelson of Eustis, FL and Suzanne Thompson of Panama City, FL. His mother and father Edward and Gertrude Starr. He will be cremated and buried at Sea by the United States Navy with full Military honors.

Wow. I had no idea. Mark was one of my first clients when I started my pet sitting business. Molly was one of my favorite pups. I sat Molly last holiday in 2021 when mark went to see family. I’m so sorry to hear of his passing.
