Master Sargent. Michael B Hager 75, of Tampa Florida went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 22nd at 2:17 am at the James A Hailey Veterans Hospital in Tampa Florida. He was surrounded by loved ones who bid him farewell on Angel Flight #7.
Michael was born November 18th, 1945 in Vincennes, Indiana to Dorthey and Billy Hager. He is survived by wife Jennifer Hager of Tampa Florida, Sister Trudy (Donald Helston) Sons: Bryan Greg, Chris (Julie Cooprider), Daughter Jane, and too many beautiful Grandchildren to count.
MSGT Hager was a brave and loyal soldier who served his country from 1967 to 1993. He served two tours in Vietnam and had multiple tours of duty In Germany and Okinawa.
Michael also dedicated his time and gifts to the church activities, and fellowship. He served as Junior Warden at St. Clements Episcopal Church. Michael was a man of great integrity, courage, and kindness and he will be deeply missed.
