Mildred Ryan, 101, of Seminole, FL passed away on August 7th, 2022 in her home. She was born on June 20th, 1921 to loving parents Marie and Charles Wright in Baltimore, Maryland.
On January 14th, 1946, she married Gerald S Ryan in Annapolis, Maryland. Together, they shared 69 years of marriage.
Mildred was a US Navy Nurse during World War II, she then went on to continue nursing at Hartford Hospital, State of Connecticut Hospital Services, and Veterans Hospital.
Mildred has lived in many places including Baltimore, MD, Rochester, NY, Wethersfield, CT, Egg Harbour Township, NJ, Crofton, MD, Plant City, FL, Sebring, FL, Cibolo, TX, and Seminole, FL.
She loved sewing, knitting, quilting, gardening, and golf.
A service will be held in her honor at Florida National Cemetery on Friday, September 9th, 2022 at 2:30 PM.
