I am so glad that Mark and I were able to spend so much time sharing stories and laughing together with Myke at your Holiday Party last year, Susan! It was always a warm and fun interaction whenever I spent time with Myke. Very sorry for your loss.
Susan I am so sorry for your loss. Myke was a very special person. Even though I only knew him through Dawn and Candace and met him once at Candace’s wedding, he was kind, and inspiring about all his life’s experiences. You were very lucky to have such a great person in your life. Hopefully your memories will help through this very difficult time.
Colonel Burr was one of the good guys. I served under him at the University of Miami AFROTC Detachment from 1976 to 1978. He was one the finest officers I knew in my 20 years. God speed Mike.
Col Burr, such memories. He was commander of AFROTC Det 155 at the U of Miami when I was Cadet Corps Commander in 1980. Always a compassionate, yet strong leader. RiP fine sir.
