I was thrilled when Nancy asked me to be her “Maid of Honor” when she got married. As their children arrived, I became god-mother and “Aunt” Rita. Then I moved to California and she moved to Florida, so personal visits became few and far between. But she never failed to remember Christmas or my birthday and we stayed life-long friends.
I rejoice to know she is now in heaven with her beloved Lord.
I did get to visit with Nancy this past summer and I am so
Glad that the Lord has finally taken Nancy home. That’s all she kept talking about when I saw her. Rest In Peace sweet woman.
