Noel A. Andre of Largo, FL peacefully passed away on June 5, 2019. Noel was born in Pittsburgh, PA to Charles and Anna (nee Simmons) Andre on Christmas Day. He is preceded in death by his wife, Velma Doll Andre of KY, his parents, a stepmother (Lucy), nieces, nephew, cousins and friends. Noel volunteered at Bay Pines VA Hospital and served proudly with the US Army during the Korean War.
A memorial service will be held at Bay Pines National Cemetery on Tuesday June 25, 2019 at 11:00am. Military Honors will be performed by active duty US Army soldiers and Honor Guard from American Legion Post 125 at that time.

Noel was my aunts husband. Sometimes we talked on the phone (Germany-US) and we shared a lovingly relationship.I’m sad nobody told me he had passed away. It was wonderful to know him and I’m thankful for that. May he and his journey be blessed. Love, Cynthia
