Philip Lee Kirch, 87, of Largo, FL passed away on October 27th, 2022 at Suncoast Hospice Care Center Mid-Pinellas. On September 5th, 1935 he was born in Indianapolis, IN to parents Leonard Kirch and Madgelan Staub Carter.
On September 6th, 1985, he married LaDonna Kirch in Clearwater, FL. Together, they shared 37 years of marriage. Phil was a member of numerous softball leagues, and played on Kids & The Cubs for a short while.
Phil lived in Indianapolis, Panama, and Largo during his lifetime. He loved softball and enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and traveling with his family. His huge heart made him uniquely special.
Phil lived a long and happy life. His proudest achievement was his relationships with his family and friends.
He is predeceased by his mother and father. He is survived by his wife, LaDonna Kirch, daughters- Jennifer (Roger) Campla and Joni Kirch, sons- Jeffrey Kirch, Paul Kirch, Andrew Kirch, six grandsons, two granddaughters, and 4 great grandkids.
Services will be held in his honor at Veterans Funeral Care- 830 N Belcher Road Clearwater, FL 33765 on Tuesday November 1st, 2022 beginning with a visitation at 11:00 AM with a service to follow at 12:00 PM. A reception will follow.
The family asks to wear your favorite ball shirt in memory of Phil.

Phil I will miss your laugh and your big heart for people. You were always a people watcher and you never met a stranger. I loved you like a brother and if I needed you you was always there for me . Your in HEAVEN WITH JESUS NOW we love you and will see you again very soon love and miss you DOLLY.
My Condolence’s to the family. Phil will be greatly missed by allot of people. He had a smile and a joy that only Jesus could give you. He was a hard worker and had a grateful heart for anything you seen him doing. It was a wonderful joy to know him.

Phil was a very good friend both at work and on the softball field, he is already missed by so many friends that there isn’t enough that could be said to really express ways that he affected so many lives of others around him both on the Softball Field at Work an any other place he was, He loved Softball that’s for sure. I send PRAYERS for all of his loved one’s LADONA and his family. MAY GOD BLESS PHIL FOR HE IS ON GODS TEAM NOW AND HE IS READY TO PLAY BALL FOR ETERNITY.
