I’ll miss you my beautiful Aunt Sara. You were always a cheerleader- encouraging me in through this crazy life and demonstrating how to be fearless.
To my sweet and dear aunt Sara. You became a shining light in my young life many years ago. You were, and still are one of the greatest people I ever knew. We talked all the time on the phone. I never got to spend all the time I wanted to with you. But what times I did get to be near you. I’ll always cherish. I know you are now back with your mom and dad, your son and all of your family again. I’m going to miss you, so very much.
Keep shining on my beautiful aunt☀️
My wonderful sister is in the care of Jesus and our mom and dad. I will miss you so much not getting to see you any more but hope we will meet again in Heaven with all our brothers and sisters.. I love you so much. You always held me up so much and told me all the good things about me .. I’ll miss that to.. love you Sis..
You will be very missed aunt Sara, I am very happy I got to come down to see you and that you got to meet my wife. I will always remember the ornaments we made you a few years ago, just like the ones that were made when we were younger.
I remember meeting Sara when I was 4 years old. I loved watching her sculpt and eventually enjoyed doing ceramics. She would take pictures of me posing in the front yard. She also took me to church where I would pretend to conduct the choir from our pew. We always had such good times. Love and miss you!
She’s my sister she always tried to make me feel better.
I never had any confidence but she made me look beyond me faults. I loved her so much and I will miss her and I know I will see her again when we see our mom and da in Heaven..
Love you Sara
The world grew a little quieter on November 17, 2025, as we said goodbye to Sara Reynolds Eaves, a soul whose entire life was a canvas of unending creativity.
Born on July 25, 1931, in Barnetts Creek, Kentucky, to William and Virgie Reynolds, Sara discovered her artistic gifts early. What began as a natural instinct for drawing and crafting blossomed into a lifelong devotion to the arts. Her talent stretched across mediums such as painting, sculpture, and the written word, but she is best remembered as the author of Silhouettes, a cherished collection of poetry capturing her upbringing and the unforgettable people she encountered along the way.
To her family, Sara was a source of strength and tenderness, a woman whose creativity flowed not only through her art but through the way she loved. She taught us to notice beauty, to listen closely, and to walk through the world with compassion. Because of her, we see life more openly, more fully, and with a touch more grace.
Her presence shaped the rhythm of our family. She filled our days with color, with stories, and with a quiet magic we only came to appreciate more deeply as we grew older. We are who we are because she walked beside us, and the imprint of her love will remain with us always. She was our constant, our encourager, and the steady light that guided us in ways too deep to measure. Every one of our lives is better because she was in it, and the lessons she left us will echo through our days for the rest of our lives. Her influence, her kindness, and her way of seeing the world will stay with us forever.
Sara was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Noel M. Millot; her son, James Carlisle Eaves; and her siblings: John Reynolds, Gegie (Reynolds) Anderson, Eula (Reynolds) Ratliff, Tom Reynolds, Josephine (Reynolds) Robinson, Harvey Reynolds, James (Jim) Reynolds, Robert (Bob) Reynolds, and Opal (Reynolds) Richardson.
She is survived by her daughter, Lelia Gretchen, and her husband, Tony Kline; her sisters Barbara McKenzie and Patsy Rowland; and a loving circle of nieces and nephews who will forever cherish her memory.
Sara was laid to rest on Friday, November 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 NW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513.
