This is such a nice photo of Steve…….it reminds me of many dinners I had with Steve and Verna in SF. He was always smiling just like the photo and seemed like such a nice person. My condolences to all of you.

I knew Steve through his close friend Verna. We shared our dinner table. He was a very kind and sweet man. My heart and prayers go out to his family and dear friends. I know he will be missed.

  • Michael D. Foley says:

Steve was my friend from thelate 1950”s, we did many things together growing up in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. He unfortunately left Delaware County & moved to San Francisco CA>. He worked as an electrician for about 26 years on many projects,& decided to retire out there. The many phone conversations we had concerned his escapades traveling around the United States & his love of sking, ( I, he often remarked had no sking abilities, which I would wholeheartedly agree) my feet were to big & I felt like Frankenstein walking around in the ski boots!! He decided to move to Florida, where he could do more traveling around the southern part of this beautiful country. I will miss him dearly, for he was like a brother to me & I’am sure he felt the same way, “I love you my friend” your next destination will be even more wonderful than anyone could imagine I will see you down the road. “love your friend Michael”
