A Funeral mass for Thomas R. Clarke, 80, of Largo, Florida will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2015 @ 11:00 AM at the St Jerome Catholic Church, 10895 Hamlin Blvd., Largo, Florida 33774 with Father Franz, to officiate. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:30 AM until service time. Burial will be held privately at the Bay Pines National Cemetery, Bay Pines, Florida.
A native of Jersey City, New Jersey and a local resident since 193, when he moved here from Stanton Island, New York, he was a buyer of heavy equipment and a member of St Jerome’s Catholic Church. Tom also belonged to the American Legion and the VFW. He served in the US Army as a military policeman and was awarded a Good Conduct Medal.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Thomas W. and Winifred (Towne) Clarke and is survived by his wife, Carmella Clarke of Largo, Florida.
