William David “Dave” Lewis Jr., 70, of Port Richey, Florida died on June 7, 2016 at his residence with his family at his bedside.
A native of Saginaw, Michigan and a local resident since 2005, when he moved here from Chicago, Illinois. He was born to William D. and Viola (Hughes) Lewis on December 15, 1945 and served in the US Army as a Vietnam War Veteran from 1964 thru 1970. He was a transmission/automotive mechanic and was of the Catholic faith. During his military career, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and served in Korea and Germany.
He is survived by his loving family, his wife, Lois of port Richey, Florida; a son, Larry “BUBBA” Miller and his companion, Angel McDonald of Port Richey, Florida; his daughters; Wendy Miller and her husband, John Foltz of Burbank, Illinois and Tammy Marts and her husband, Thomas of Crestwood, Illinois; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
